Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Birkner GmbH & Co. KG, Winsbergring 38, 22525 Hamburg, Email: info@paper-world.com, Phone: +49 (0) 40 800 80 1777) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax, or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a different delivery method than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal from this contract.

We will use the same payment method for this refund that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value results from handling the goods in a way that is not necessary to examine their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:
Contracts for the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate rapidly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded.
